Såstaholm - a hotel inspired by theatre.
Såstaholm comprises a rich and exciting history. For more than 60 years, the manor was called Höstsol, and provided a lavish sojourn for many Swedish actors to spend their later years in the stunning and tranquil surroundings by Vallentunasjön.
In embracing this vivacious and colourful history, everything we do connects to theatre and film. The only difference from the old days is that, this time, YOU play the main part!
The ancient stars of Höstsol still maintain their presence in their rooms of old. All of our rooms are named after its former actor who resided at Höstsol. Åke Söderblom's room has actually been the writing place for a book about him. This book is of course available in our lobby shop.
